Ana's wooden accesories have one year warranty for manufacturing defects from the day of their purchase, does not cover defects caused by the product's own wear and tear, due to adverse conditions, bumps, scratches on the lenses, crushing, misuse and abuse of the frame that causes the rupture of one of its parts.

If your wooden glasses or wooden lens suffers any damage, not caused by manufacturing defect, within one year of warranty, you can replace the frame / lens complete or fix the affected party at a special price, keeping in mind that the expenses of shipping are on behalf of the customer. We do not accept returns. 

AnaA is not responsible for a lens or wooden glasses manipulated by workshops other than ours. ​For changes, installations, modifications or maintenance service please contact us.
 

Product Changes for Purchases

  • We do not accept refunds, but we gladly offer product changes.

  • The shipping costs of the change are paid by the customer.

  • To request a change, contact us with a photo of the voucher, a link to the new product you want and we will respond with the details of the change.

  • We will ship the new item once we have received the item you chose previously.

  • For more information contact us. Returned products must be unused and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.

Changes / Cancellations 

We do not accept cancellations of orders. If you want to make a change to your order, we will be happy to help you as long as your order has not been sent. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, send us an email to info@anaa-shop.com as soon as possible.
